Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, malfunctions, and system failures using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement upgrades or modifications to electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical components.
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Technician, Electrical Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, control panels, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and reading electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E) or similar is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
