Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV systems, renewable energy projects, and related infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Develop and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Oversee project execution from inception to completion, including site assessments, system commissioning, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a focus on renewable energy solutions.
- Train and mentor field engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality installations, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and local regulations to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering; licensed engineer (PE or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy systems, with a proven track record in project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and grid integration.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including field operations and cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bali and Eastern Visayas (as needed).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar design software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or local dialects is advantageous.
