Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Develop and review M&E drawings, schematics, and BOQs in collaboration with architects and consultants.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose cost-effective, sustainable solutions to optimize system performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and budget forecasts to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all M&E works align with project timelines, budgets, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer (M&E) in construction, infrastructure, or building services.
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects from concept to completion, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for qualified candidates).
