Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for construction projects across Bali.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems into project designs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for M&E components.
- Ensure all M&E work adheres to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in the construction or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
