Responsibility
- Develop and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient electrical system designs.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, verify measurements, and resolve design discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, SNI).
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, clients, or regulatory bodies.
- Assist in cost estimation, material takeoffs, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical components.
- Maintain organized documentation of all project-related drawings, revisions, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical drafting, design, or a similar role (preferably in construction or MEP industries).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with Bali’s building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
