Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automated systems to improve manufacturing processes.
- Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Optimize existing systems to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.
- Train and support team members on the use of automated systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in automation software and tools (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in automation.
