Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings in collaboration with architects and engineers.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and support.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the civil and structural engineering sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure or construction projects on time and within budget.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
