Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical or chemical engineering projects under supervision.
- Support process optimization initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management review.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the evaluation and testing of new materials, technologies, or methodologies to support innovation.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training programs and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, or process design.
- Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) or process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus) is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP) and safety protocols.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and commit to the cadetship program duration.
