Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance with standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet engineering standards and client specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members to foster professional growth and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
