Responsibility
- Draft, edit, and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into user-friendly content.
- Administer and manage document control workflows within Microsoft SharePoint.
- Perform quality assurance checks on technical deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Support AI-driven project initiatives by auditing data quality and documentation accuracy.
- Participate in quality audits and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure all documentation remains compliant with internal policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with high potential or junior professionals with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint or similar document management systems.
