Responsibility
- Develop and implement technical training programs for Chery’s dealer network, focusing on vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
- Lead hands-on training sessions on EV/hybrid technologies, ensuring technicians are equipped with the latest industry knowledge.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with dealerships to identify training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in all training activities.
- Mentor and coach technicians to enhance their technical proficiency and career growth.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, particularly in EV/hybrid technologies, and integrate them into training curricula.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive technical training or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and EV/hybrid technologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training sessions.
