Based in one of Bali’s most strategic hubs—close to Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, or Nusa Dua—you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a 5 to 5.5-day workweek under a 4-3-3-4 shift schedule (12-hour shifts, 8 AM – 8 PM). Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between warehousing, transportation, and distribution, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as delivery times, accuracy, and cost efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve logistics-related issues proactively, including delays, discrepancies, or customer complaints, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all logistics transactions, including bills of lading, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand, plan stock levels, and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Support the implementation of new logistics technologies or systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with a proven track record in operational coordination.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment (12-hour shifts, including weekends as per the 4-3-3-4 schedule).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
