Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for construction materials and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stockouts or excess.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with project managers to align procurement activities with construction timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and emerging trends in construction materials.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between orders and deliveries, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (construction industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and industry standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
