Responsibility
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers on Huaweiâs digital power solutions, including solar, BESS, and data center technologies.
- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Huaweiâs renewable energy solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to stay updated on the latest advancements and integrate them into training curricula.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to trainees and field teams during and after training sessions.
- Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions to represent Huaweiâs technical expertise and training capabilities.
- Contribute to the localization of training content to ensure relevance for diverse markets in Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training, renewable energy systems, or digital power solutions.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and data center power infrastructure.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging technical training for diverse audiences, including engineers, technicians, and sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Huaweiâs digital power products or similar technologies from other leading manufacturers.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and virtual training tools.
- Willingness to travel regionally (20-30%) for on-site training and support.
