Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain pump stations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and control systems.
- Monitor water levels, pressure, and flow rates to ensure efficient system operation.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and system failures promptly and effectively.
- Record and report operational data, maintenance activities, and incidents in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, engineers, and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new pump systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in pump station operation, maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and control panels.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, or automated monitoring tools is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, heights, or outdoor environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between job sites in Bali.
