Responsibility
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform technical studies and analyses to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of new solar PV installations.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Bali.
