Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety (K3) regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure all construction activities align with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, project management, or infrastructure development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, K3 standards, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
