Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for manufacturing operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workforce utilization and ergonomic conditions.
- Support the deployment of new technologies, automation, and digital tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Arena) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or Python).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and quality management systems.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
