Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional technical team to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the coordination between fieldwork and administrative processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Ensure all technical documentation, reports, and communications are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical leadership role, preferably within the ICT sector or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid teams is highly desirable.
