Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Epicor Kinetic ERP and other MIS systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective MIS operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in MIS and ERP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Manager or similar role, with hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Strong knowledge of database management, system integration, and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in generating reports and presenting data insights.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
