Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level Power BI solutions.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for Power Platform implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing BI systems for performance and scalability.
- Develop and enforce data governance and security policies.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Power BI and Power Platform technologies.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query.
- Experience with DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Certification in Power BI or Power Platform is a plus.
