Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive threat management strategies to mitigate cyber risks.
- Lead incident response efforts, including detection, analysis, and resolution of security breaches.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential threats.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs to detect and respond to anomalies.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and industry trends to proactively enhance security measures.
- Prepare and present reports on cybersecurity status and incidents to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in leading incident response and vulnerability management programs.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices.
