Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, threat mitigation, and compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Manage ERP migration projects, ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize system performance and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Lead a high-performing IT team, fostering professional growth, mentorship, and a culture of innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of IT resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
- Proven expertise in leading ERP migration projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Hands-on experience with network administration, virtualization, and IT infrastructure management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are an advantage.
