Responsibility
- Provide first-line technical support for automation and alarm systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct remote and on-site system diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing clear technical guidance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime and service disruptions.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new automation and alarm systems for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system capabilities and support processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with automation or security systems.
- Strong understanding of automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, KNX) and alarm system architectures.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in automation or security systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Bosch) are a plus.
