Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems, PLCs, and robotic solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with clients to assess technical requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and client training materials.
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide emergency support and rapid response to critical system failures.
- Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in field service, automation, or industrial engineering.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), HMI, SCADA, or robotic systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and system documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Certifications in automation (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation) are a plus.
