Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team during client interactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of GSI CCTV solutions.
- Assist in the design and configuration of customized security systems based on client requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to gather product feedback and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CCTV and security technologies.
- Provide post-sales support, including installation guidance and training for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, presales, or a similar role within the security or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and network configurations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
