Responsibility
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern fullstack technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 programmers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve software bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a development team.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
