Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Golang, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead the architecture of microservices and APIs to support seamless front-end and third-party integrations.
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and caching strategies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis) for peak performance.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps, and QA engineers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes to accelerate release cycles.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and proactively address bottlenecks in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and adopting new tools/technologies to enhance backend infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Golang.
- Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL services at scale.
- Strong proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with distributed systems, caching mechanisms, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex, high-traffic systems.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of mentoring teams and driving technical roadmaps.
