Responsibility
- Assist the technical support team in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries related to Keysightâs electronic measurement products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify solutions for technical challenges and improve product performance.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices to contribute to the companyâs knowledge base.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Provide support in creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of electronic measurement tools, software, or hardware (prior experience with Keysight products is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with technical writing or documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Prior internship or project experience in technical support, engineering, or IT is advantageous.
