Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of new product introductions (NPI) and end-of-line (EOL) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless transitions from development to production.
- Design and optimize EOL testing and inspection processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for NPI and EOL processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on NPI and EOL processes.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on NPI and EOL processes.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Experience with process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
