Responsibility
- Provide technical support for diffusion and RTP processes, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance and meets production targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to monitor process stability, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the installation, qualification, and maintenance of new and existing diffusion/RTP tools.
- Train and mentor technicians and operators on best practices for process execution and equipment handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in semiconductor manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on diffusion, RTP, or similar processes.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process flows and equipment used in fabrication.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with process control software, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and cleanroom environments in semiconductor facilities.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel or on-call support.
