Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of construction activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives and resolve potential conflicts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contract documents with precision.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building principles is an advantage.
