Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline project workflows.
- Oversee site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in electrical or EMS projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and energy management solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
