Responsibility
- Assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels according to technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and functional tests on completed panels to verify performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or wiring issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including work orders, test results, and inventory usage.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) in Electrical Engineering or related field; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in electrical panel assembly, wiring, or similar roles in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
- Knowledge of UL, IEC, or SNI standards for electrical panels is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents in English or Indonesian.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
