We are seeking a skilled Electrician cum Boilerman to maintain, repair, and optimize our electrical systems and boiler equipment, ensuring seamless production and adherence to the highest safety standards.

Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and boiler equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, control panels, wiring, and industrial machinery to minimize production downtime.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical and boiler systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all electrical and boiler operations adhere to local and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, PPE usage).
- Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety checks for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical and boiler systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrician and/or Boilerman in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Valid Boilerman License (Class 1 or 2) and Electrical Certification (e.g., SKKNI for Indonesia or equivalent).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and boiler system diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 3-phase, PLCs, motors) and boiler operations (e.g., steam, pressure controls).
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.
- Familiarity with Indonesian industrial safety regulations (e.g., K3) is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency for technical documentation and team communication.
