Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of Air Separation Units (ASUs) to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety in compliance with Air Liquide's standards and local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental policies, and quality control measures, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to align operations with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), production metrics, and process improvements to management.
- Support the commissioning and startup of new equipment or process upgrades, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, production, or process engineering, preferably in the industrial gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Separation Units (ASUs), cryogenic processes, or industrial gas production is highly desirable.
- Proficient in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety management systems (SMS), environmental regulations, and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
