Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize ACMV systems for commercial, industrial, and semiconductor facilities, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, ISO, etc.).
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of cleanroom mechanical systems, including air filtration, pressure control, and contamination management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, civil, and process engineers) to integrate mechanical solutions into semiconductor fabrication plants.
- Conduct feasibility studies, energy audits, and performance evaluations to enhance system efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) using AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Hitachi’s quality standards in all project phases.
- Provide on-site supervision and troubleshooting for mechanical systems during construction, startup, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize system uptime and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV, cleanroom systems, or semiconductor facility engineering.
- Proven track record in project management for mechanical installations in high-precision environments.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools (CFD, EnergyPlus).
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 14644 for cleanrooms, ASHRAE 170 for healthcare, etc.).
- Experience with HVAC controls, BMS (Building Management Systems), and IoT integration is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
