Responsibility
- Assist in conducting site surveys and feasibility studies for potential development projects
- Support the preparation of technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD and other design software
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to timeline development
- Help monitor construction progress and quality control on active development sites
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and material quantity takeoffs
- Conduct research on local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements
- Support the implementation of sustainable construction practices and green building initiatives
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering or related degree program (3rd or 4th year preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management principles
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to work on-site at various project locations in Bali
- Basic understanding of sustainable construction practices is a plus
