Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Perform ventilation inspections, airflow measurements, and pressure testing using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Generate and maintain detailed technical reports documenting system performance, adjustments, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with facilities engineers and maintenance teams to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure zero escalations by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact operations.
- Calibrate and validate sensors, controls, and automation systems to enhance HVAC performance and energy efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while working in diverse environments (e.g., data centers, commercial buildings).
- Provide technical support during system commissioning, retrofits, and upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a TAB Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar role in facilities management or engineering.
- Certification in TAB (Testing, Adjusting, Balancing) from a recognized institution (e.g., AABC, NEBB) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using TAB instruments (e.g., anemometers, manometers, thermal imaging cameras).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and airflow dynamics.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other project sites.
