Responsibility
- Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Develop feasibility studies, technical reports, and construction drawings compliant with Indonesian and international codes (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration from concept to completion.
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to evaluate existing structures and propose retrofitting solutions.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, and procurement documentation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., BIM, sustainable materials) and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a portfolio of completed building/infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Revit) and CAD tools.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNI) and international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode).
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural teams or international projects.
