Responsibility

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for Wet Clean and Thin Film equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing tools to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, and customer support) to resolve complex technical issues and improve system reliability.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance equipment uptime and yield.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and recommendations in detailed reports for continuous knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest semiconductor industry trends and emerging technologies in Wet Clean and Thin Film processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all technical activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment support, with a focus on Wet Clean or Thin Film processes.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor manufacturing tools (e.g., Applied Materials, Lam Research, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of process control, vacuum systems, and chemical delivery systems in semiconductor environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and customers.
  • Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required for on-site support.
