Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery and technical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty parts, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance and repair activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in mechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized technical institution (SMK Teknik Mesin, Teknik Alat Berat).
- Certified BMC (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) mechanic.
- Completion of technical training programs, such as EGI (Fuel Injection Systems) or similar.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery or technical equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in mechanical maintenance.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
