Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients to clarify design intent and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor material quality, quantities, and deliveries to align with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, structural, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, as-built drawings, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or cost overruns through proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and materials, to optimize project timelines.
- Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional Balinese language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel to other project locations.
