Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the technical support team to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain all gaming machines, systems, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce repair costs.
- Train and mentor team members on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to integrate new technologies and improve system reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming machines, control systems, or industrial equipment and their maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and maintenance management systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality control processes.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
