Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the technical support team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain all gaming machines, systems, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce repair costs.
  • Train and mentor team members on technical procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to integrate new technologies and improve system reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming machines, control systems, or industrial equipment and their maintenance.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and maintenance management systems.
