Hasta Karya Perdana, a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) / Drafter to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a TSE/Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project execution by preparing technical drawings, schematics, and documentation while providing on-site and remote technical assistance. Responsibility
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for civil and electrical systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to project teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to refine project specifications and resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation for project deliverables.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify measurements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines for client presentations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, industry standards (e.g., SNI, IEC), and client requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in civil/electrical drafting and EPC project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical drafting, design, or support roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, electrical schematics, and structural designs.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (English and Indonesian).
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines in a fast-paced EPC environment.
- Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles, procurement processes, and QA/QC standards is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other regions as required.
