Responsibility
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and support solutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve support services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Experience with remote support tools and helpdesk software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
