Responsibility
- Lead a team of AI engineers in developing and deploying LLM and Computer Vision solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of AI models, ensuring scalability, performance, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, LLM, and Computer Vision to drive strategic initiatives.
- Optimize AI pipelines for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and real-world applicability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI engineering, with a focus on LLM or Computer Vision.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
