Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational performance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management and service delivery within enterprise software or cloud environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project timelines.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
