Responsibility
- Develop and execute AI program strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, identifying areas for optimization.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates on AI initiatives.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AI programs.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI tools and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI program management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and AI frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
