Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services (AWS).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to safeguard company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (e.g., VB, PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, virtualization, and server management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VB, Python, or PowerShell).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
